A Little About Me

Carolyn Loschen is a native of central Nebraska. She has been licensed to sell real estate since 1977. Paralegal experience and real estate investment has encouraged a full-time career in real estate sales of residential, income property and commercial property. Community service has been an integral part of Carolyn’s life. Memberships include the Grand Island Board of Realtors, Nebraska and National Association of Realtors and Grand Island Chamber of Commerce.

Carolyn and her husband, Terry, have two married children, Sarah and Scott and two grandchildren.
